Parking & Registration

If you are bringing any school vehicles NOT buses, you are able to park anywhere in the Welcome Center parking lot. Please use the South builing entrance located on Main St.

If you are bringing a bus, you are able to drop off students and equipment in front of the Main St entrance. We then ask you to park buses in the parking lot East of the Welcome Center across 3rd Ave/HWY 14.

Parking for guests and spectators will be anywhere in the Welcome Center parking lot as well. Overflow can park in the above mentioned area where the buses are asked to park.

Registration will be right inside the main doors when you enter Main St building entrance. Registration each day will start at 7 AM and end at 7:45 AM.

The venue will have 40 PCs. 20 in the Black Box and 20 in the Theater.

The computers will be in rows of five.

Game play will occur in either the Black Box or Theater.

Athletes teams will be assigned to certain spots so students will know where they will be playing.

Athletes will need to log into their accounts or their school accounts via Epic or BattleNet. Please make sure you have passwords for Discord as well.

We are encouraging teams to bring their own keyboards, mice and headsets. If you're bringing a controller, please make sure you have the capability to have them be wired.

There are no headsets provided!

Vendor Fair





The Vendor Fair is located directly across from the Black Box. In this area you will find numeorus colleges looking to recruit esport athletes for the collegiate level. Also located in this room will be numerous business who work along side esports and our association.

Also a great place to find some swag, discuss technology needs, and enter giveaways!

Concessions



The Bobcat Cafe will be open from approximately 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The Menu can be seen to the left.
The Bobcat Cafe is full staff and run by MCSD students who are taking culinary art classes at  Marshalltown High School.

Shortly after (12 PM-ish)  the Bobcat Cafe closes the MCSD will open concession just as events prior. The menu for the the concessions can be seen on the right.

Cash and card are accepted for both entities.

Team Camp

On the second floor there will be a class room designated to be a spot where teams can set there belongings or tech equipment. Please be respectful.
